Stacey then sat down with me after I picked out my final choice and went through what options I had to have with my car. Stacey, Kevin and Andy then found the exact car I wanted color and all. Was deeply disappointed when picking up vehicle, cashier was excellent, went to wait for vehicle and after 10 minutes went back to cashier, and she again placed a radio call for my vehicle, as people behind me inline were able to receive their cars. After another 10 minutes, walked to the back lot & my vehicle was there, no one around, and I asked the young man in the wash rack for assistance, and within 5 minutes he was able to retrieve my key. After almost a 30 minute wait & upon examining the vehicle, I observed it had not been washed, and after spending in excess of $1000 I feel that this experience was terrible. I really do expect the quality customer service from Stasek that I have received in the past. Sincerely Bob Schaack More
