Our service rep was excellent Kelly is his name. My SUV was done ahead of schedule, they went above and beyond to get the part needed for my truck. Mechanic even stopped on his way in to pick it up My SUV was done ahead of schedule, they went above and beyond to get the part needed for my truck. Mechanic even stopped on his way in to pick it up at another Chevy dealer. It wasn't supposed to be ready until Friday, but they found the part and it was ready the next day.
