The lies! They lied about how an air conditioning system works. The left a transmission line loose, causing not only a comeback but a puddle on my driveway. They then kept "forgetting" to schedule someone to come clean the driveway. This was after i was giving them another chance after Jim tried to get one over on my wife during an oil change. They have no idea what they're doing, and when i discussed this with management, they didn't seem to care. STAY AWAY! More

My recent trip in was after they found a crack in my oil pan during a routine oil change/maintenance. They also fixed other issues found during those repairs (all under warranty). I know next to nothing about cars, and the folks as Stasek continue to help me whenever I have questions. From the repair shop crew, the cashiers, and sales floor. Thank you! More

Was deeply disappointed when picking up vehicle, cashier was excellent, went to wait for vehicle and after 10 minutes went back to cashier, and she again placed a radio call for my vehicle, as people behind me inline were able to receive their cars. After another 10 minutes, walked to the back lot & my vehicle was there, no one around, and I asked the young man in the wash rack for assistance, and within 5 minutes he was able to retrieve my key. After almost a 30 minute wait & upon examining the vehicle, I observed it had not been washed, and after spending in excess of $1000 I feel that this experience was terrible. I really do expect the quality customer service from Stasek that I have received in the past. Sincerely Bob Schaack More
