Thermostat Rip Off I had to bring my 2012 fist 500 in because of a service code only the dealer could read. That I refused to do and later found out the shock was fine and didn’t need replacing. More

Attempted to exit a lease a few months ago but from a financial standpoint it wasn’t feasible, The same salesman we met with back in November called in January to invite us back to re-evaluate our standing. We had a small budget window accompanied by a long list of ‘wants’ in the next lease so we didn’t make it easy for the dealership :) after realizing the vehicle we wanted wasn’t going to work in the budget the salesman and the manager provided a transparent explanation as to why; and also worked to meet our wants/needs of a vehicle while staying near our desired payment. After a second test drive we found the perfect fit! Of course there was the “back-and-forth” you get in any car buying experience (you want a great deal but they also have to make a profit). The salesman was persistent doing everything he could to satisfy us and it was noticed. At the end of it all we truly felt our satisfaction was their priority and we love the new 2019 Cherokee!
