After searching for weeks, I came across an ad for a used 2016 Equinox at Tasca Chevy in Rhode Island. It looked like a great deal with all my wants and needs covered and then some. A lease with low mileage, clean carfax and one owner. So I responded to the ad and was contacted by Frank Rivera at the Tasca Ford Dealership in Berlin Ct. Working with Frank was a pleasure. He is a very respectful, informative, knowledgeable young man and I highly recommend you see him if you are looking to buy a car. There, I also had the pleasure of meeting the new manager Erik Stuttz. I wasn't absolutely sure about this particular vehicle being I could not actually see it, so Erik offered to bring it to Berlin for me to take a look at. He did so with no pressure or promise that I would buy it. During my dealings with Erik I found him to be a man of his word, very polite and fair, a true southern gentleman. If he promised to do something he did it. Something you don't often come across in the car business. I Highly recommend this dealership even if you are not looking for a Ford. Believe me when I say Erik will get you the perfect car no matter the make or model. Oh and yes, I bought the car. More

Then I took a vehicle for a test drive and the salesperson was knowledgeable and listened to what I was looking for. When we returned to the dealership, I asked to have all the possible numbers run so I could compare buying new, leasing new and buying a pre-owned. This was done efficiently and without any pressure on the salesperson's part. When I had made my decision, other employees came over to congratulate me on my new car. An excellent experience which, unfortunately, I've found hard to come by when purchasing a vehicle. More
