Went here to find my dream car, left smiling ear to ear. The team here at Tasca have nailed the car buying/trading process. I was able to walk in with an internet appointment, test drive my used 2018 Mustan The team here at Tasca have nailed the car buying/trading process. I was able to walk in with an internet appointment, test drive my used 2018 Mustang Convertible, and drive out of the lot with a trade-in in 3 hours, ultimately happy with the deal with a minor negociation. Colin was very knowledgable and personable and helpful, and went above and beyond, even 2 days after the deal was signed. I would recommend Tasca and futher Colin as a dealer to anyone looking for a new vehicle for any reason. Thanks to everyone at Tasca for a wonderful car buying experience. More

Will never go to this place again First, the representative Dakota was very helpful and knowledgeable. What follows after has no reflection of her service. She was exceptional. This First, the representative Dakota was very helpful and knowledgeable. What follows after has no reflection of her service. She was exceptional. This will be the last time I visit this dealership. I dealt with three customer service managers since this dealership changed over from Morande. Each time I'm told things will be different. It's clearly an organizational problem that has yet to be addressed. Follow ups, proper tracking of records are not done at this location. Each visit gets worse than the previous. During my last visit in March, I was told they could pop in a valance during my next oil change, as long as I purchased the part. I revisited this location and there was no documentation regarding this. This location is blocks away from my work, but will travel to non tasca locations such a Hoffman in East Hartford and Monaco in Glastonbury where I've had much better results. There are far too many ford dealerships in Connecticut to deal with this one. Please don't make the same mistake i did. More
