I dealt with three customer service managers since this dealership changed over from Morande. Each time I'm told things will be different. It's clearly an organizational problem that has yet to be addressed. Follow ups, proper tracking of records are not done at this location. Each visit gets worse than the previous. During my last visit in March, I was told they could pop in a valance during my next oil change, as long as I purchased the part. I revisited this location and there was no documentation regarding this. This location is blocks away from my work, but will travel to non tasca locations such a Hoffman in East Hartford and Monaco in Glastonbury where I've had much better results. There are far too many ford dealerships in Connecticut to deal with this one. Please don't make the same mistake i did. More
