Extra attention I went into Tasca to get my new phone connected to my phone system and to get a new wiper blade...both things were done for me with a smile as always. I went into Tasca to get my new phone connected to my phone system and to get a new wiper blade...both things were done for me with a smile as always...I have been a Ford owner for more years than I can remember and will continue to buy cars from Taska...a very nice touch that they have is in the ladies room a perfume spray and a very nice hand cream for us to use...thanks Tasca...a shout out to their receptionist (who’s name I do not know unfortunately) and she also takes payments so she is a busy women and always remembers me and greets me with a smile...that is some of the reasons why I gave Tasca five stars ?? More
Routine Oil Change Visit -- "The Works" Routine oil change - asked for the "The Works". Inspections found "rodent home" in engine air filter - removed and replaced and thoroghly cleaned out Routine oil change - asked for the "The Works". Inspections found "rodent home" in engine air filter - removed and replaced and thoroghly cleaned out area. Similar inspection of interior a/c heater filter showed very dirty so cleaned entire area out ans replaced. All other insoections found various systems.OK. Service technician - Juan Correa - very thorough, explained everything in full detail and very polite pleasant to talk to. More
Average, but very unresponsive I would rate Tasca Ford very average to work with when comparing to other dealerships in the market. Colin is very nice, however, very unresponsive wh I would rate Tasca Ford very average to work with when comparing to other dealerships in the market. Colin is very nice, however, very unresponsive when it comes to responding to inquiries. Tasca is not a relationship maintaining company. Once they sell you the car, you can expect to be written off. The only way I was able to get a response from Colin, was to ask who his manager was. Even so, his promises to fix the issue at hand were never addressed. Unfortunately, I would not recommend any of my family and friends to Tasca Ford of Berlin. More
Needed a work van fast. My transmission went on my 2006 Econoline and I needed a new van as soon as possible .
