Where’s the Keys? We went in to look at a used Ford Explorer. They couldn’t find the keys for the vehicle. We looked at a few other Explorers and they suggested another We went in to look at a used Ford Explorer. They couldn’t find the keys for the vehicle. We looked at a few other Explorers and they suggested another one that was new inventory. Couldn’t find the keys to that one either. They then suggested another Explorer at the Rhode Island location. They also tried to slip the $500 transfer fee into the price. This place needs to get it together. Nothing like wasting an afternoon and not buying a car. $500 might not be a lot to them but I’m sorry I can drive to Rhode Island in less than 2 hours for maybe $35 of gas!! So extremely disappointed. More

Great dealership for service, terrible for sales I have had two straight terrific service experiences at Tasca after one bad one years ago. I tried to buy my truck there but couldn’t get anyone to phone me back even after I found the truck I wanted at another dealership. I actually had to use an out of town Ford dealer to buy a Ford truck when I have a dealer right in my own town. More

Continuing horrible service So I am writing another review for a service issue this time. They were supposed to replace some bad tires when I bought the car. 1st it was come So I am writing another review for a service issue this time. They were supposed to replace some bad tires when I bought the car. 1st it was come back on Monday before 4 and we will take care of it. I went in at 340 and at 440 they tell me they couldn’t get to the tires and the headlights that was out. So they got me a rental and I had to put the deposit (100 dollars)on it even though it was their mess up. I went back the next day (after I called them because they never called me) and they gave me the car and said everything was good , I checked the tires and the were fine. As I am driving out I decide to check the headlights and they didn’t fix it. I guess they thought if I left the lot they could say it was fixed. So I go back inside and they say it is a special order and it would take a couple of days. It now has been 6 days and I haven’t heard a thing ( no surprise). I called auto zone and the have it in stock ( so the dealership could if fixed it the same day but decided my safety was not worth it). When I asked them about it last Tuesday, the response I got was you can still use your high beams. I wonder if it was one of their family members buying the car if that headlight would of been fixed the same day ( I’m guessing so) More
