Average, but very unresponsive I would rate Tasca Ford very average to work with when comparing to other dealerships in the market. Colin is very nice, however, very unresponsive wh I would rate Tasca Ford very average to work with when comparing to other dealerships in the market. Colin is very nice, however, very unresponsive when it comes to responding to inquiries. Tasca is not a relationship maintaining company. Once they sell you the car, you can expect to be written off. The only way I was able to get a response from Colin, was to ask who his manager was. Even so, his promises to fix the issue at hand were never addressed. Unfortunately, I would not recommend any of my family and friends to Tasca Ford of Berlin. More

Needed a work van fast. My transmission went on my 2006 Econoline and I needed a new van as soon as possible . Lack of Professionalsim and Care Alfredo was my service advisor this time. After my truck was done being diagnosed, I called for their shuttle service to pick me up at my house and Alfredo was my service advisor this time. After my truck was done being diagnosed, I called for their shuttle service to pick me up at my house and spoke with someone (not Alfredo) who said someone would be on their way to pick me up shortly. 15 minutes later I received a missed call from Tasca. I called back and spoke to Alfredo thinking he may have called me. I mentioned to Alfredo that someone was going to pick me up. He responded, "I don't think anyone is coming to get you because the shuttle service person went home." I then asked him if someone was still coming to get me and he had no idea. I told him this was ridiculous and he rudely hung up the phone on me. I called back and he avoided my calls. I simply wanted to know when/if I was going to be picked up. Do not waste your time with Taca or Ford in general. More
