He absolutely understands everyone’s situation and does his absolute best to work with you. You just have to be as honest with him as he is with you. This is not a dealer that gets you excited about getting approved only to put you in a car with 150,000 miles for 18,000. They truly are looking out for your best interest. Worst experience ever I went to the dealership after calling them about getting a car I told them about my situation (credit issues). . After going there 4 times because they didn’t call me to not to come in I finally got my car on Wednesday. When I got in to pay the balance the Finance person said that it would be more and made it sound like they were doing me a favor selling me the car and the 1st thing out of his mouth is how bad my credit was and he would cancel the sell.
