Purchase of 2017 white Ford edge Salesperson Jen Robey was excellent. She was attentive to my needs as well as my availability. Upon taking possession of the vehicle there were a few problems: I was only given 1 key fob, there was a loud noise noted when driving over 50 mph, title was not not in possession of dealership, thus I was driving with dealer plates although I had paid cash. All of these issues have been resolved. The first call to the service department did not go well, the person basically tried to “blow me off”. Tony and your head of sales Jen intervened. I just picked up the vehicle yesterday so I have only driven a short distance. Jen and Tony from sales were terrific. The noise seems to be gone, I was given another fob and I now have my new plates on the car. More
