If I could give this dealership a zero I would. Over the course of our lifetime we have bought many new Fords from dealerships on Long Island, Maryland, Indiana and Pennsylvania. From Explorers, Explorer Sports, Sport Tracs, Escapes, F150 Raptor, F350 King Ranch diesel, F250 Lariat and an F150 King Ranch. Just giving some background on our Ford experiences with other dealers. We left 3 messages for the manager Joe Brazil. We would call and the receptionist said he was in and over the course of several days did not bother to call us back. We wanted a Ford Escape St Line Elite Hybrid and Tasca Ford did not have the vehicle, but Independence Ford did. We waited for call backs from Joe Brazil and nothing. We went down to Tasca and spoke with the sales manger Eric A. We asked him about the Escape at Independence Ford and he LIED to us and said, "That vehicle is not in Fords system and is not available." I explained to him it was on their website and he said, "Its not available." I walked out of his office and stood in the dealership for several minutes. No one came to talk to me. We went outside and saw another couple who said to us not to use Tasca dealership. We then called Independence from Tasca parking lot on this past Saturday. They said the Escape was still available and we could come down today with our 2 trade ins and we could do the sale. Now Tasca is a half hour from our house and Independence is over an hour and a half away. We drove the 2 vehicles down to Independence Ford in Bloomsburg. We got there at 3pm and they closed at 4pm. They had the Escape inside all clean, filled up with gas, paperwork all ready and the Sales manager and 2 salesman helped close the deal. And they even stayed 15 minutes late past closing to make sure everything was taken care of. What a wonderful experience with Independence Ford. I would never recommend Tasca Ford to anyone. Why would anyone give their business to a dealership that lied? More

I was looking for 6 months to find the car I wanted. I located it 300 miles from my home at Tasca Ford. I called and talked to Cindy McMyre who did a great job getting me the car.
