Found Exactly What I was looking for at a Great Price. Steve Elias was excellent. There was no pressure to buy. It was such an easy transaction from Test Drive to Bill of Sale. I went in on a Saturday Afternoon and Drove the Truck off the Lot on Monday Evening. My only disappointment was that the gas tank was not full when I drove off the lot. It was between 1/2 full and 1/4 full. But other than that, no complaints. This dealership sells great vehicles at great prices. I will be back. More

Always a good experience Tasca Ford usually has a good selection of used or new cars. Bad customer service during pick up Although I had no problems with my repair or how efficient Tasca return my car to me which was excellent as usual I only have one issue I dealt with P Although I had no problems with my repair or how efficient Tasca return my car to me which was excellent as usual I only have one issue I dealt with Paul who was great I had no problems with whatsoever but when it was time to pick up my vehicle on a Friday afternoon George who also works at the desk as a service advisor was the only one working at the time when I walked in he was dealing with a customer on the phone explaining to them their situation which is no problem obviously but after he was done talking to the customer about their current situation they started discussing Boy Scouts which the conversation carried on close to 15 minutes as I stood there waiting for him to help me out so that I could pick up my vehicle and leave there was no other service advisor or anybody else I could talk to you at the time but for whatever reason George felt it was fine to sit there and talk about how proud he is of his son of learning how to swim and how they wanted him to join a committee this year and what not which I'm all for and I think it's great being a family man myself but seriously you know I'm standing there hand me my receipt hand me my keys and send me on my way.. I'm not a person who gets fired up because if I was I'm sure any other customer would have said something within a few minutes of hey buddy seriously you know I'm standing here or something to that extent but I'm one who has patience and works in sales and customer service myself I've never had a problem with Tasca and I find them to do great work but this one time definitely bothered me and definitely got underneath my skin... This is why I only gave it three stars has nothing to do with Paul or the service just the experience of when it was time to pick up More
