My business partners and I aren't the easiest group to deal with but I have to commend Jake on the way that he handled everything. After some negotiating, we arrived at a deal on the trucks that worked for both sides. There were some delays when it came to registering the vehicles and we were not hesitant to let Jake know that we weren't happy. Even though this wasn't necessarily his fault, he was the one that had to bear the burden of it all. To make things right, and deliver the vehicles on-time, he personally went to the registry and to the satellite dealership to pick up one of the vehicles. We couldn't ask much more than that. More

He also carefully listened to my wife's (the primary driver) preferences and concerns and made recommendations based on what was best for her, which ultimately got us into an SUV with the right set of features for our budget. Additionally, when we picked up the SUV, Jeff took extra time to carefully explain, and demonstrate, the key features of the vehicle to us and set up several features with us before we left. Alex and all the staff I dealt with were extremely polite, professional, and followed through with everything they said they would do. Not once was it a high pressure sales. Only had one glitch in vehicle registration which wasn't their fault. But they kept me in the loop every step of the way. Now keep in mind, this was all done long distance. In the end, they went above and beyond customer service assistance. They actually drove my vehicle to me which was 2 hours away, to save me an extra trip and helped sync my phone too.
