To start- I bought the vehicle because I liked it and it was newer. They had it listed with 8,000 miles and when we got there it ended up with almost 14,000 on it, which was not advertised and they would no was newer. The tag in the window still had the 8,000 miles as well. So nothing was ever updated and they still had it listed as it was. They did not get the registration swapped until the 7th day after I bought it (which I understand there’s a 7 day grace period but I don’t agree with waiting til last minute and I shouldn’t have left without it) , and still, a month later have not gotten it to me. I have been in contact with them many many times and was told multiple times that the registration was sent, which it never was. The vehicle had a recall on it, which we didn’t notice until after. They had the vehicle long enough at the dealership that this should have been fixed. They were also supposed to give me a replacement part for the vehicle, which I was told would take about 3 days to get in from the day we purchased the vehicle. It has now been over a month, multiple promises that it should be to me by now, and still nothing. I even had my husband call because I didn’t know what else to do. I have never had this bad of an experience with a dealership. How frustrating! Serious lack of communication, responses, and care. I would not recommend doing business there. More
