Beyond Outstanding Service I was just going in for a simple oil change on my new car and have the transmission looked at. Not only did Mr. Peterson put me in a rental so that I' I was just going in for a simple oil change on my new car and have the transmission looked at. Not only did Mr. Peterson put me in a rental so that I'm not inconvenienced of transportation; he had the car cleaned upon its return. He set the bar for customer service. Other dealerships should model after this service. Mike was very informative over the phone and educated me on all the questions I had pertaining to my vehicles performance. More

I reached home and called Tasca service, explained the issue and was connected to Ken Anselmo. Ken immediately arranged for me to bring the car in the next morning. I did and with just a 45 minute wait the problem was diagnosed, a replacement part was installed and I was good to go. Exemplary attitude and service from Ken......and on a weekend! More
