I recently purchased my 2024 Subaru Outback Limited from this dealership and I am very pleased that I did. Sonangie and the team was very helpful, answering all my questions clearly and guiding me through v this dealership and I am very pleased that I did. Sonangie and the team was very helpful, answering all my questions clearly and guiding me through various options based on my wants needs and budget. I searched for quite a while for my Outback that I wanted. The exact car was not available due to many Subaru dealers being pretty limted on certain inventory apparently! However manager Jorge was kind enough to locate the car with the specifics I requested and they had it brought to their lot for me!! ☺️ The whole transaction was clear, and the paperwork was handled professionally. I left the dealership and they have even followed up on my experience after the sale. I definitely recommend Sonangie and this dealership to anyone in search of getting into their next car! I am so glad that my partner and I chose Tasca. The day we went we were immediately greeted by Sonangie and she took care of us right away. We needed a car immediately due to our lease coming to an end soon. Sonangie made sure to give us her expertise knowledge on the Suburu Crosstrek. Since the car was available she took us out to check it out and we were sold on the car. We ran into some hiccups on our end but within 2-3 days we were able to get the car. She made sure that paperwork and all went through, updated us in a timely matter and before we knew it we got the call to pick up our car, Pearl, Suburu Crosstrek 2024. Thank you Sonangie, for making us feel comfortable working with you. She also speaks Spanish! Which is awesome because now I have a go to dealership and car saleswoman to recommend my friends and family to. More

Sonangie was incredibly helpful and very knowledgeable about all the cars I asked questions about. I test drove a Subaru crosstrek and really liked, it was early in my search for a car, so I didn’t pull t about all the cars I asked questions about. TASCA FORD YONKERS On 4/11/23 I brought my 2019 Lincoln MKC in for service. I needed an oil change and to check out the hill brake light that came on. Robert Volpi was the Advisor Thomas Graff was the Tech. Volpi wrote out an estimate He indicated on the estimate that the car had over 16,800 Sixteen thousand eight hundred miles. I asked him to change it. He said he couldn’t. He said (with a grin) that’s the milage it would have if I used the car more. I am an elderly woman and I had 2 of my granddaughters with me. Mr Volpi and Mr Graff put that high mileage on the form in order to DEFRAUD ME. We were there for hours, the last to be done. I’m totally disappointed with Tasca Ford. I will attach to this memo copies of the documents I referred to. Poor way to conduct business. Not my first car. Brakes at 420 miles? More

INCOMPETENT. Made arrangements to come out to look at two cars, confirmed availability the day before at 3pm, for an early appointment the next day. I live in NW Jersey and drove 1.5 hours to Yonkers, only to find out that one vehicle that somehow got moved to another dealership, between the 3 pm confirmation and appointment. So they say.... The other vehicle was disgustingly filthy with a layer of pet hair on the surface of the every nook and cranny of the interior. GROSS. Thank you TASCA Ford Yonkers for wasting my time! More
