I have been overwhelmed by the lack of care and failure to return a customers call, wishing to get an experience, disrespectful and not transparent. Somehow, they were quick to take my down payment, despite discovering unknown figures and contract details that weren't disclosed and even more delay tactics. very very disappointed. Car sales service was customer friendly and was knowledgeable about the car itself, however When it came to the finances I felt that there were additional charges that were not fully disclosed in a knowledgeable about the car itself, however When it came to the finances I felt that there were additional charges that were not fully disclosed in a way an individual that only has purchased a few vehicles would understand. I felt like the warranties I purchased were not well known until after having time to look at the paperwork. And it took numerous calls and emails to finally get someone to call me back. I would’ve assumed the certified warranty would’ve been part of the car price not an additional cost after the fact And I said I was only able to pay a certain amount for the car itself and at the end after all the additional charges I’m back to the price I said was my number. So to me I feel I was taken advantage of after having put close to $6k down and paid the one of the warranties and Registration fee separately. Just baffling More
