Domonique had me work with Victor Scott (product specialist) who took the time to make sure everything went perfectly smooth (including my trade-in) right up until I drove away with my new car. Can’t say enough positive things about both of them. I will certainly be looking for them when I make my next purchase. They will sell you a car, extremely nice people. When issues start, they cannot solve them. Impossible to reach by phone, I had to drive to the dealership twice to get what I needed. Nixson and James at Kia Tasca in White Plains turned a negative into a positive. After having an issue with a 2026 KIA EV9 wind a few weeks ago, both took the time to explain the confusion with a mistake negative into a positive. After having an issue with a 2026 KIA EV9 wind a few weeks ago, both took the time to explain the confusion with a mistake made by a service person's statement. The person told me I needed a 'tire and wheel rotation" needed on a 5 month old SUV with 3950 miles. And I would have to pay about $ 400. That was 100% wrong! The misstatement turned into a learning lesson for us both. I understand being wrong is one thing , but staying wrong in another. They corrected the mistake by imparting a wealth of dealer related knowledge on things I dd not know. So, their level of professionalism and transparency meant a lot. We all make errors.
