The WORST ever I have to reevaluate if I should ever trust another review.The dealerships reviews are excellent. My experience was just the opposite. Yesterday I saw I have to reevaluate if I should ever trust another review.The dealerships reviews are excellent. My experience was just the opposite. Yesterday I saw an SX telluride on their website. I contacted them thru their website...then spoke to Crystal who spoke to the evening manager and was told the car was in stock and the MSRP would be honored minus $400. I explained that I live 80 minutes from the dealership, would be there in the am and was assured everything would be honored. Arriving there this am I saw the worst appearing dealership ever. I introduced myself, met a sales associate and was told the car was offsite, but would be brought there in 20 minutes. In the meantime I asked to start the financials...12,000mi/3 year lease/nothing down. The manager came up with a monthly fee of $769 for 10,000 mi. Obviously an add on to the MSRP. In addition I was told that the car that I wanted had a deposit on it, but I could get an LX or EX if I wanted. Why were they bringing over a car for me to see if it had a deposit on it??? Obviously I left...suckered into a bait and switch. AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP!!!!! More

STAY AWAY!! !.. The vehicle sold to me had not been serviced when it was handed over, I as promised multiple repairs. (the dealer never took responsibility). Did !.. This is their “AWARD WINNING SERVICE TEAM!!”. By the way, the finance company does not obligate you to buy an extended warranty nor a rims and tire warranty, in exchange for the loan to be approved - JAMES in finance will LIE to you and tell you that it’s required. After 6 months and multiple calls to KIA National, this dealer still hasn't responded the refund request for the RIM and Tire Warranty which I was forced to buy. Note: they have caller ID so they will not answer your calls when they have to take responsibility for something.. bunch of LAIRS! do yourself a favor .. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALER!!! I gave them 1 star because I can’t give them negative 5 stars More
