Easy to work with, professional and friendly I had been looking at a number of cars so had been to a variety of dealerships, done a few test drives. None were as easy to work with, eager to help I had been looking at a number of cars so had been to a variety of dealerships, done a few test drives. None were as easy to work with, eager to help and un-pushy as Kia of White Plains. Some of the high end dealerships should take a step back and check out this place and take notes. We were greeted warmly and our salesman was very knowledgeable. He offered a test drive and didn't rush us. He listened to things that were important to me as the buyer. He asked when we might buy one and then the "how can we make this happen today" but without a full court press. When he jotted up the price, it was a no-argue-great price and having been looking, there was not much need to haggle. I had some things added (though he offered to have it ready same day--- extra points) but with the added features, a couple of days later. It was in perfect condition and he explained all the features for me (lots of nice tech details). I would highly recommend this dealer and especially, Victor Franco. He's A+. More
