Attempted to make my third deal with this dealership and I won't be going back. My first sales person was good, but during the process of ordering a car the pricing was changed multiple times. Got the deal I won't be going back. My first sales person was good, but during the process of ordering a car the pricing was changed multiple times. Got the deal done properly and moved on. Then I purchased a car for my dad and the first test drive was a really bad trade in I think they just wanted to get rid of but was represented as "clean". This time around that rep was no longer there but one of the sales managers remembered who I was and seemed to want to make a deal. When I sat down to look at the numbers they refused to disclose the interest rates, accurate monthly payment, or provide a proper trade value. They only provide a range to give the finance office meat on the bone up upsell. How about you give me the monthly payment and if the finance office can provide value I will make the determination to add cost ect. NOT transparent in a manipulative way, aggressive on pricing in a predatory way, and not knowledgeable. The day after I walked out I got an email from someone I had never met at the dealership, with no email signature to know who they were and disjointed feedback that basically said take it or leave it because we were going to do a dealer swap for you and that's baked into the numbers. I first worked with a gentleman by the name of Joe via text message and went over several questions that I had with several of the vehicles that I had seen online. Most of them were located at the Kia loc text message and went over several questions that I had with several of the vehicles that I had seen online. Most of them were located at the Kia location and he arranged for the one that was at another location to be transported over to Kia. When I arrived at here I thought I was going to work with Joe I did not realize that he was inside sales so I do want to give him a shout out because he was fabulous to work with. At the actual dealership I worked with Jacob he was fantastic, I drove him crazy and test drove a bunch of different cars ranging in price and even test drove a couple of them twice before making my final decision. I also want to give a shout out to the manager at the Collision Center I believe he's the shop manager, I absolutely drove that man crazy in text messages with all sorts of questions about my car that had been in an accident and he took care of me from a day one. He was professional polite and Beyond patient. We ended up going with a 2023 Kia Sportage and jungle green I love my car a great drives fantastic it's a huge upgrade from my 2018 Kia Forte. We won in with a certain budget in mind and fell in love with something totally out of our budget and I cannot go on about how patient Jacob was well I went back and forth between the cars. The entire task a team was fantastic to work with from their inside sales department from their Collision Center and from the sales team at Tasca Kia. I would highly recommend the team at the Kia location but honestly I think if you just stuck with Taska in general you can't go wrong they are top notch at every location that I had encountered on my journey to buy in a new car. From start to finish everyone was kind and patient with us. We were not ready to buy on our first visit but they let us go without a fuss.
