BEYOND IMPRESSED! !!, With todays market and wait times on orders our old lease was ending in December so we started looking around this past January to be pro active !!, With todays market and wait times on orders our old lease was ending in December so we started looking around this past January to be pro active and have the new vehicle here in time. Our old dealer was now 5000+ over msrp even on orders as most are on the tellurides. I was reffered to Carrisa at Tasca for a great easy experience and order at msrp. What did we get ? well not a dealership expected experience. From the time I walked in and asked for Carrisa to delivery was an amazing experience! Friendly staff all around, Carrisa took the time to introduce herself, LISTEN to what we WANTED, pleasant and always with a smile, took our deposit for our order at MSRP and quoted 6-8 months , Perfect right? Fast forward a few weeks and we get a call order was accepted and due mid April!! As soon as it hit the lot Carrisa contacted us to let us know. She Also REMEMBERED our request of no recon, no stickers, no washing w/o even asking her! Attention to details is at 150%. Set up an time to go inspect and get paperwork and trade appraised. Trade came back EXACTLY where it should have FIRST PENCIL!!!! I mean cmon a FAIR dealer? Im in heaven. Agreed on the deal and rates which again were right where my research showed they should be.( I always check and research what the actual rates are for that month) . Finance manager was fun, easy to talk to and yes they OFFER warrienties, protection, ect BUT and a BIG but, ZERO pressure just information for you to decide yes or now and no obligation or issues weather you say yes or no to them. Delivery? Again Carrisa was amazing, friendly, went over everything, and made sure we had no other questions. If your looking for a kia go to tasca , find Carrisa and you will NEVER feel anxious about car dealers again. It was actually FUN AND EXCITING!! You should be able to enjoy buying your dream cars!
