I was in the market for a Pre-owned Honda Pilot. I started my experience at the Honda location. During my visit I happened to find a 2011 Honda Pilot at the Fiat location. Upon my arrival I was gree started my experience at the Honda location. During my visit I happened to find a 2011 Honda Pilot at the Fiat location. Upon my arrival I was greeted on the lot by Alyssa. She was knowledgeable about the vehicle since she has sold many of the brands at Metro Motors. I found her honest with great integrity and wanted to get me in the vehicle I was comfortable with. We were considering a vehicle that was on the lot at Honda. Alyssa made arrangements to bring both vehicles together so a decision could be made. Thanks to Alyssa for the extra efforts and we purchased the 2011 Honda Pilot from the Fiat location. Frank in Finance Department made sure as promised to get me the best Finance rate and didn't disappoint me. Can't wait to pickup the new vehicle on Thursday. Richard More

I would highly rate Metro Fiat. Iinitially went to the dealership in Norwood, told then what I was looking for and never heard from them again. Excellent quality, fun to drive and gets lots of positive looks and comments. Milage is consistent with the window sticker. The "blue tooth" is very poor, never connects properly and is the only complain I have with the car. In conclusion if you want excellent service, very professional sales executivies (Stan and Paul), great selection...then go to Metro Fiat!!! More

I visited Fiat Peabody (MA), Fiat Norwood (MA), Fiat Portland (ME), prior to visiting Providence Fiat. I would recommend avoiding the Norwood dealership who tried to pressure me into buying a vehicle I Portland (ME), prior to visiting Providence Fiat. I would recommend avoiding the Norwood dealership who tried to pressure me into buying a vehicle I was not even interested in. Not only lacking knowledge, but completely unskilled and offensive. I was interested in purchasing the Abarth and Providence had more inventory, so I drove from Boston, fully NOT expecting to purchase that day. Paul really knows his vehicles and options. Despite having visited 3 other dealers, options were not explained like Paul was able to. Ultimately, I decided I did not have to add the options, which allowed me to purchase a vehicle in inventory (and saved me $2,000 and having to order). I also met a couple, making a Fiat purchase, who, like myself, visited Norwood and Peabody, and purchased from Providence, again, due to wider selection of vehicles. To pick up my vehicle, I took public transportation and Brittney picked me up at the station. She was delightful, a full time studen working full time hours, energetic with a great attitude and work ethic - she impressed me alot. Paul provided a comprehensive orientation on the cars controls. I have purchased much pricer vehicles and don't recall receiving such an orientation. Between purchase and pickup, Paul was helpful and very responsive regarding questions and communications. If you're looking for a car, I would highly recommend doing business with this dealer. My experience was very positive, the people Paul, Brittney, and Stan all excel at customer service - which is an often overlooked real 'value added' when purchasing a vehicle. I will drive to Providence for service in light of the excellent experience I had and would not hesitant to recommend this dealership. Ask for PAUL when you visit - he knows his stuff!!! More
