I chose this dealership because it was more convenient. I was not so pleased at first with the lack of communication which caused me to escalate to the General Manager. Once she was involved I continued to I was not so pleased at first with the lack of communication which caused me to escalate to the General Manager. Once she was involved I continued to receive weekly communications regarding the status of my car. The sales consultant was very supportive through the entire ordeal and communicated as much as needed. Overall once the escalation took place, things got back on track however it shouldn’t have gotten to that point. More
