I came in for regular maintenance. The rep texted me and said that my car is ready to pick up. I came like 5 minutes after receiving the text messages and the rep said he couldn’t find The rep texted me and said that my car is ready to pick up. I came like 5 minutes after receiving the text messages and the rep said he couldn’t find my key. It took them at least 45 minutes to run around to find me key. He printed a receipt for my regular and I thought the maintenance was completed on my car. I just realized the maintenance wasn’t done for my car since the maintenance light is up again. The one thing that I am pretty sure that the maintenance wasn’t performed since the ticker for the next maintenance time wasn’t changed. I still have the old ticker for the last maintenance. Bad customer service ever!! More
