Buying a new car has always been a love hate relationship. I love the new car features, how it handles, the technology and even the smell but in the past, it had always been the dealer that I h relationship. I purchased a new vehicle from Expressway Toyota in Dorchester, Ma. No haggling, no let me ask my manager, no up sell, no hidden fees, no surprises, no headaches. My sales person was gentleman named Casey and the technology expert who explained in detail all the vehicles features was a young lady named Jessica. Casey was courteous and knowledgeable. He followed through with me on the whole car buying process, from sitting me down with their finance person named Vladimir who made me feel very comfortable in a normally stressful situation to keeping me informed about delivery. He took care of my registration and worked with my insurance company so that I didn’t have to. They have a great team there and you can tell that they enjoy what they do. Normally, I don’t do many reviews but this experience was worth doing this one. More
