The quality of the service is random, I had dates where I received 5 star service, I also had day where I get treated like a third rated customer, for example during the summer of 2022 I bring my car for oil received 5 star service, I also had day where I get treated like a third rated customer, for example during the summer of 2022 I bring my car for oil change on a Saturday my appointment was at 10 am I came in at 9:50 they told me the service would take 2 hours. I end up leaving this place at almost 2 pm. That is after I ask a follow up on my car and I find out the person that did my paper work didn't get the paper work done until 11 and the that person blame it on me and say I came in at 11. I wrote any complaint email to the service manager that afternoon and I did not receive any response from anyone not even an simple apology More
