Very friendly and welcoming just has a tendency to focus on 1 thing out of everything that was said and the interpretation of what was said being wrong. This has happened multiple times. I come In asking for an all around diagnostic and point out some other issues only one issue is ever focused on. Also mansplaining tends to happen I think unknowingly which is annoying. On top of having a 9am appointment that was booked for a full diagnostics for the appointment not to really matter and not get my car back until after 3pm. More
