Starting with Bill Rich from the online sales team, service was very good. This was not my closest Toyota, but his directness and honesty made me want to work with him. I came in and instead worked with Walter who was as direct as I needed him to be. Bill only works the online team. I was also assisted by a woman that explained the services that come with the car and a man in the finance department that reviewed warranties. Both were professional and personable. The car took a while to arrive, and then I had to come in to sign paperwork and wait another week before pickup because the seats were to be upgraded. Overall it was a very good experience. Customer service could have been better with pick up or drop off from the train. I was offered a Lyft only after I asked on the third visit. The first two I walked a mile from the train station in rain. Also offering water to people that are there for hours instead of telling them to go to a vending machine that only takes small bills wasn’t great. Very small investment with a large impact. More
