Excellent customer service! When my car was serviced in June, I never got my wheel lock key back feom them. I recently had a flat tire and was unable to remove my wheel. Elaine When my car was serviced in June, I never got my wheel lock key back feom them. I recently had a flat tire and was unable to remove my wheel. Elaine Beato went above and beyond for me. She made sure someone went to where my car was with the master key, unlocked my wheels and even left a new set of wheel locks with the key for me. She kept calling and making sure I was kept in the loop with the eta of it so i would know when I could pick up my car. More
