This place was chaos. They couldn’t find the appointment I made online for my 120,000 service. The service advisor I was working with didn’t know what that was. He talked me into doing a multi point inspection and then fixing whatever came up instead. That’s fine. They actually found some stuff the other 120,000 service might have missed and they gave me great documentation of what they were doing and why. They told me my car would be ready the next morning. Then after I called to check in around 1pm the next day, they said it would be ready at 4pm. But they didn’t let me know that they also close at 4pm. So I arrived via Lyft to locked doors. Another customer (who had been locked inside!) let me in and said the same thing had happened to him but that he had been waiting for two hours to pick up his car, but everyone went home. We eventually found someone to take our money and give us our cars, but then a brake light I had asked them to fix was still hanging off my car, at least it worked now! The customer service rep who got me my keys was also befuddled but asked me to come back when they open and a technician would be around to help. I’ll give them another shot because they are super convenient, and everyone has off-days, but sheesh! Get it together, guys! More
