I felt very sad that I have to look for another Toyota Dealer, We have buy 3 vehicles at this location and my last experience is so bad, they didn't even cleaned the inside of my 30K Prius Prime , I bring Dealer, We have buy 3 vehicles at this location and my last experience is so bad, they didn't even cleaned the inside of my 30K Prius Prime , I bring it back for a oil change the next month and ask for the battery filter to be check and the Tires rotation , they recommend to order the filters when I look they didn't need to be replaced and they didn't rotated the tires so a bad service.
