Poor customer service! It took 7 minutes to be addressed while employees walked up and down talking, until one gentleman screamed for them to attend to me. After getting my vehicle started, I was given a wait time of anywhere from “a few minutes to an hour.” After sitting for 30 minutes, I needed to leave for an emergency and went to inquire about how much longer the vehicle would take. The employee who checked me in was nowhere to be found, but my key and paperwork was casually sitting on the desk. Who knows how long it was ready for! To make matters worse, another employee was so frazzled that he made the check out process confusing. The customer service is poor. More
