Picked up my new leased 2022 Toyota Rav4 yesterday. What an terrific experience I had with this transaction. Matthew the salesman was awesome. He made it very easy for me complete the transaction in a short period of time. Steve in finance helped me understand the parameters of the new lease. Jessica the customer engagement person connected my I Phone to the car so I could listen to my favorite music. She even put an added touch on the day by putting a large red bow on my new white car. Loved the pictures she took so I could share them on my social media sites. All in all I would give them a 10 rating for the day. I would challenge anyone to find a more friendly dealership in the Boston area, great bunch of people. Thank you Expressway Toyota, much appreciated, Rosana. More
