There was a recall on my 17 Tacoma, called the dealer Expressway Toyota in Dorchester 1 week prior set up an appointment to come drop off and wait for the truck (3hrs)+ Only to arrive to my appointment Expressway Toyota in Dorchester 1 week prior set up an appointment to come drop off and wait for the truck (3hrs)+ Only to arrive to my appointment as im checking with the Tech guy letting me that Expressway Toyota ( in Dorchester) CAN NOT service my truck because Expressway Toyota forgot to order the piece in question, and i had to rebook an other appointment. Took the day OFF from work, to be trated like this I do understand things happened but lost a day wage just because someone decided not to their job correctly. More
