I have had my Camry serviced here since I bought it 10 years ago. While the work has been generally good, Expressway often misses obvious issues. I have a 2019 four door Toyota Tundra. The truck is still under 3 year 36,000 mile warranty on the date of service on December 31, 2021. My passenger side door next to the driver cannot open from inside. under 3 year 36,000 mile warranty on the date of service on December 31, 2021. My passenger side door next to the driver cannot open from inside. I discovered the door issue on December 8, 2021. Right after the discovery, I examined all other doors and found they all worked fine and CHILD SAFTY LOCKS FOR THE TWO REAR DOORS WORKED FINE. I waited until December 31,2021 to have the door repaired. Somehow the dealer mistook the front passenger door for a rear passenger door. Expressway Toyota wrote in the final invoice quote "C/S STATES REAR PASSENGER DOORS ARE ABLE TO BE OPEN FRONT THE INSIDE PLEASE ADVISE ON CAUSE. MISC FOUND THAT REAR PASSENGER DOOR ON THE RIGHT HAS A BROKEN CHILD LOCK" unquote (this is the direct quote). When I picked up my car, the rear right passenger door child safety lock was damaged by Expressway Toyota. Expressway Toyota did not repair the front passenger door that has the problem, damaged the rear right passenger door's child safety lock, and wanted to charge me $365.06 to fix the door Expressway Toyota damaged during the service.
