Angelo was very helpful and patient while I tried three different cars before I picked the one I would buy. He guided me through the process. Having a Terrible Experience with this Dealership and Toyota Financial Services (TFS). BIG RUNAROUND!! Just trying to buy out the lease. I have financing through AAA. Expressway tells me to deal with To Toyota Financial Services (TFS). BIG RUNAROUND!! Just trying to buy out the lease. I have financing through AAA. Expressway tells me to deal with Toyota Financial. I call Toyota Financial --- not a real person to be connected to there. TFS speech auto system routes me back to call Expressway. I call Brian the Lease manager at Expressway. He tells me to keep trying with TFS. He tells me that I'm calling them too late on Friday. (I called during posted business hours--- with more than 30 minutes left to business day.). I tell him that his response and suggestion to me is no help at all. I'm doing everything right and doing what is asked and just getting crap service at Expressway and TFS. My next call is to MA Attorney General's Consumer Protection division. This is no way to treat ANY customers. Long time Toyota customer here -- Expressway Toyota in Boston has failed big time. More
