Angelo was very helpful and patient while I tried three different cars before I picked the one I would buy. He guided me through the process. On the day I was to pick up my car, I got a flat on the way t different cars before I picked the one I would buy. He guided me through the process. Customer service always exceeds expectations. I called last minute on Friday and they got me in the next day as requested for oil change package/winterizing. They even got me out in less than 90 minutes s last minute on Friday and they got me in the next day as requested for oil change package/winterizing. They even got me out in less than 90 minutes so I could get to my next appointment on time. Everyone is friendly and professional. Comfortable waiting area. I got my Christmas cards done while I waited. I recommend Expressway Toyota. More
Having a Terrible Experience with this Dealership and Toyota Financial Services (TFS). BIG RUNAROUND!! Just trying to buy out the lease. I have financing through AAA. Expressway tells me to deal with To Toyota Financial Services (TFS). BIG RUNAROUND!! Just trying to buy out the lease. I have financing through AAA. Expressway tells me to deal with Toyota Financial. I call Toyota Financial --- not a real person to be connected to there. TFS speech auto system routes me back to call Expressway. I call Brian the Lease manager at Expressway. He tells me to keep trying with TFS. He tells me that I'm calling them too late on Friday. (I called during posted business hours--- with more than 30 minutes left to business day.). I tell him that his response and suggestion to me is no help at all. I'm doing everything right and doing what is asked and just getting crap service at Expressway and TFS. My next call is to MA Attorney General's Consumer Protection division. This is no way to treat ANY customers. Long time Toyota customer here -- Expressway Toyota in Boston has failed big time. More
