This is my second time purchasing an SUV from Expressway Toyota. Salesman Steven was friendly and helpful for completing the sales. But he wasn't able to offer me a different financing option except Toyota Motor Credit Corp with higher interest rate at 4.25%. I obtained a car loan at DCU for $1.24, saving almost $4,000. But I have to pay off the Toyota loan and get a re-financing loan from DCU. This is unnecessary steps that I have to take after the sales which could be avoided if the manager just tell me to wait until Monday and get a loan directly from DCU. More
