Their website asked when I scheduled my service appointment if I would be waiting, I chose that option only to be told when I arrived it would require me to leave the car all day. After initially leaving my car inside they drove my car out of the service bay neglecting to close my sunroof and as a result my seats were soaked when I picked up my car, even my cup holders were full of water and the floor carpets and mats were soaked! They also tried to charge me over $50 more than the Boch Norwood Dealership for the same identical repair! When I complained, they matched the price! The repair was for a sunroof leak that causes water to flow into the car if the flow is obstructed, but the condition I picked the car up in was worse than what I reported from my initial problem. Everyone’s always really nice and accommodating at this toyota dealership. I’m not a big car person so it’s nice that I’m able to feel comfortable talking to the service person and am able to ask questions toyota dealership.
