I was beyond expectations well taken care of. From the time I drop my car for service to the time I pick it up I was updated on the work done and it progressed I left my car in the shop but a hour and hal time I drop my car for service to the time I pick it up I was updated on the work done and it progressed I left my car in the shop but a hour and half later it was done. I went for my second complimentary service after buying my Rav4 last year. The check in staff were so efficient and helpful. I had a flat tire which they repaired at no extra cost. I must say everybody else is awesome, they greet you and open doors for you. You can tell it's friendly atmosphere they work as a team. It was a breeze.
