Brought in 2015 rav 4 because of engine light,trac light,and all wheel drive light on. Appointment was for 8am by 8:30am got a call and was told faulty sensor they fixed it within the hour especially light,and all wheel drive light on. The finance manager Vladimir Baptiste is awful! He’s not professional and does not explain things well. It was completely confusing and his attitude was not friendly at all. So disappointed!!! Ronnie pressures customers into deals. If a dealer is having issues they call him. Ronnie lies about contact deals, judges you instead of providing a service, and antagonize you if there's legally nothin having issues they call him. Ronnie lies about contact deals, judges you instead of providing a service, and antagonize you if there's legally nothing else he can do so that he can say something about your conduct so that he can get his way. Ronnie has a little team that seems like a GANG that comes together from almost every department that sat outside his door to provide "support". There were 5 "supportive" workers outside his door after leaving his office that stare at you and whisper threats as they walk past you. EXPRESSWAY TOYOTA likes to show you a modified car. Wait until you sign the contract to purchase it. Then remove all upgraded parts to "dispose of" since they can't sell you a car that won't meet state inspection. That leaves you with a base model vehicle with the upgrades you basically paid for taken out and not be reimbursed. Where do those parts go? If you have a dispute about those parts they send Ronnie to talk to you. If you want to get out of a contract they send Ronnie to talk to you. If you don't cause a scene and no eyes are watching Ronnie, Ronnie will do things not have your best interest. He will have you wait longer if he knows you have work. Ronnie will walk away from you and make things personal if the conversation isn't going his way. Ronnie acts like the head of TOYOTA EXPRESSWAY. Especially since he's been doing this for years. I do not recommend a dealership that employ grown men who intimidate and lie to mothers trying to provide for their children into contracts. More
