I made the appointment 2 weeks ago. I waited 1 hr and 15min and my car was never taken. I waited all that time under the cold rain, with a 3 y/o as I could not find a safe place to wait with social dista 15min and my car was never taken. The employee who helped me was nice and understood my situation, but it seems that they are used to it. They could come up with a better system so that people do not wait that long if they made appointments and allow them to wait in their cars during the pandemic. More
