Was happy with service but not so much with work done.had coupon for oil change did not say extra for 6 qts had to pay extra. Also had problem with blind spot Monitor did scan no codes charged $65.00 and to coupon for oil change did not say extra for 6 qts had to pay extra. First of all there were at least 3 individuals either not wearing a mask (draped over one ear), or making sure their mask was below their nose. We are in a global pandemic with a respiratory illness. In fact, the tech who kept had his mask below his nose kept lowering it below his nose on purpose. I did not feel safe in this dealership. When i went to pick my car up today, they also had a customer who had a daughter, well above the minimum age to wear a mask, not wearing a mask. And they did not ask her to put one on or leave. I am being covid tested Monday. If I end up positive i will be contact tracing it back to this filthy dealership. Let’s not leave out the fact that the service advisor not only did not do paperwork for my car because he was leaving for vacation... and had i not recognized my keys they never would have found them. This was the worst experience of my life. I reported it to Toyota corporate. They had the service manager call me. She actually fought me on whether i was being truthful about her folks wearing masks. The whole thing is bad. What a disgrace! More
