Service is overpriced and it would be helpful for a thorough bill review. The wait for service is very long. A simple oil change has taken me 2 hours or more. Even after making an appointment. I was disappointed that my remote starter was not installed because the subcontractor did not bring the correct equipment required for the type of remote starter I requested. Reason:Massachusetts state car inspection today. They failed the vehicle because one license plate illumination lamp was out. They said they tried to replace the broken bulb but that didn’t work so it w failed the vehicle because one license plate illumination lamp was out. They said they tried to replace the broken bulb but that didn’t work so it was probably an electrical problem and I could schedule to have it repaired there or take it elsewhere. When I visited my local mechanic, he pulled the light and showed me broken glass and bulb parts still in the housing. Your mechanic lied. He never tried to replace the bulb! I will take my business elsewhere More

To my interpretation Expressway Toyota has a excellent professionals. They know how to deal with costumers from the entrance all way to the exit. What an awful and stressful experience. I am a woman, went alone to buy the car. My expectations where low to begin with but this was really dreadful. Even though we had agreed on the out the door price went alone to buy the car. My expectations where low to begin with but this was really dreadful. Even though we had agreed on the out the door price for the car before I got to the dealer, once there they tried to change it. The person that worked with me at the dealer (Many B) was nice at the beginning, once the time came for the price and I pointed out that is was not what the dealer had agreed with me on the phone he became upset/rude and stayed rude from that moment on. He had also said the mats (inside and trunk) were included in the car before I signed the papers. When I went to pick it up he said they weren’t and that’s why I got a “good” price, he wouldn’t honor what he said to me I had to talk to the manager and he gave me the interior mats only, not the trunk one. The manager was pleasant (even treated me to breakfast!). When I went to pick up the car even though we had agreed on the day I would pick it up, the car wasn’t ready, the registration wasn’t ready, neither the window sticker, after waiting for 3 hours I was able to drive off with the car without registration or window sticker I had to comeback a third time. As a side note, Many hadn’t mentioned it was his day off (I could have picked up the car in another time) and I think that may have added to his already rude behavior the day I picked up the car. Many wouldn’t even return my messages asking if the registration was ready and window sticker was ready so I could go pick it up. I had to call the dealer. Finally we agreed on a time and had to wait another two hours to get the window sticker. Many no where to be found which it was fine by me as I truly didn’t want to endure him anymore but I needed my stuff! Many wasn’t the only rude person I encountered at the dealership. Since I wasn’t being properly helped but had already signed papers I found myself asking different people for some direction and most of the people I interacted with were not polite. I would stay away from this dealer. More
