I had an appointment for service at 1:15pm. I checked in at 1:15 sharp the lady told me I was gonna be 1h20 min. I waited into the waiting room she showed up at 3:20 to let me know that she is coming. I wen at 1:15 sharp the lady told me I was gonna be 1h20 min.
