I was disappointed that my remote starter was not installed because the subcontractor did not bring the correct equipment required for the type of remote starter I requested. Reason:Massachusetts state car inspection today. They failed the vehicle because one license plate illumination lamp was out. They said they tried to replace the broken bulb but that didn’t work so it w failed the vehicle because one license plate illumination lamp was out. When I visited my local mechanic, he pulled the light and showed me broken glass and bulb parts still in the housing. Your mechanic lied. He never tried to replace the bulb! I will take my business elsewhere More
