We worked with Ozzy to purchase a 2020 Hybrid Highlander. We did get a good deal and feel that Expressway can offers best pricing. For example, We arrived to pick up our new car and then he tells us it needs an inspection sticker. We thought it was taken care of before we arrived. Then Ozzy disappeared to service for the inspection sticker returned 30 minutes later and said it would be another hour. Then he tells us we can get the sticker at a local garage near us and they will reimburse us. Why didn't he give us that option in the beginning? There were other such examples like they keep your car keys when they are doing the trade in valuation and don't return them right away. I panicked because I thought I lost my keys and the floor manager saw me searching for them and said nothing. We love the car and know we got a good deal just not sure we would go back there. More

Very poor sales experience. Kept showing us info on cars that were not available ("look at this one. . oh that is sold, look at this one. . .). Did one test drive and loved it. As we are signing papers the salesman comes in and says he "made a mistake" and told me the car I was buying was not the one we drove or talked about (different VIN number). . . the one I drove and we had discussed was $900 more. Different color and options. Then got upset I did not want to spend the extra money. . . . Bait and switch. Will never go back or recommend anyone go here. More
