Advising a customer to do a fuel induction on a car under 45000 mileage yearly is a disgusting cash grab. My service advisor looked at my record and said that the induction was done a year ago. She still sai 45000 mileage yearly is a disgusting cash grab. My service advisor looked at my record and said that the induction was done a year ago. She still said it was needed this year even tho the car was under 42k mileage. It is pretty clear the advice I was given was to increase my bill for regular service. Also I was called to be ready for my shuttle in 20 minutes. The shuttle didn't arrive until 2 hours 15mins after. I had to use 2 hours 30 minutes of my personal time from work for a regular service. Poor customer service and poor communication with me. I will not be using Expressway Toyota again because my experience today shows your advisors take advantage of customers and are terrible with communication. More
