If your getting a great deal here buy here and never come back take your vehicle anywhere but here for service or anything for that matter. Once you buy you’ll never hear from your salesperson again to help back take your vehicle anywhere but here for service or anything for that matter. Once you buy you’ll never hear from your salesperson again to help you. It took me almost six months to finally get my car repaired on their screw up. I caught the parts department lying to my face about the availability of a part and then they turn around and ask me to go pick up the part for them. I could keep about how bad the service is here but I’m sure you get the point. More

Gracious and informative Back in October I purchased a Toyota Prius Prime at Expressway Toyota. In response to one of my questions, my salesperson, Tommy Lin, consulted with Back in October I purchased a Toyota Prius Prime at Expressway Toyota. In response to one of my questions, my salesperson, Tommy Lin, consulted with Tony Tien Huhnh. Mr. Huynh gave a detailed response. He even printed out information that would help me get a tax credit. Additionally he said I could contact him for more information in the future. Today, eight months later, I did just that. He was exceedingly gracious and informative once again. Mr, Lin had also been very informative and patient as he helped me select the car that suited my needs and desires. In fact, everyone I interacted with at Expressway Toyota provided excellent customer service. And they continue to be resourceful. Mr, Huynh definitely went above and beyond today! More

I have been going to this dealership since it opened. I had an 8:30am appointment for an oil change and got my car back three hours later. They should not book so many appointments, but next time I will re had an 8:30am appointment for an oil change and got my car back three hours later.
